EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept exchanges on full-price, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order.
All sales are final beyond 14 days from purchase.
Purchase of gift card is final sale on the time of purchase and not refundable
DELIVERY DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
Once an order is handed over to a third-party shipping provider, we cannot be held liable for delays or delivery failures caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Labor strikes
- Customs delays
- Transportation disruptions
RETURN POLICY
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
For international returns, PS BOB STUDIO does not cover shipping fees or duty reimbursements.
Before initiating a return or exchange, please contact info@psbobstudio.com to confirm the process.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected. If the returned item does not meet our policy requirements, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
