EXCHANGE POLICY

PS BOB STUDIO – Return, Exchange & Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Regret Buy) – 14 Days If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. You may exercise this right by using our Regret Button in the website footer, by sending a clear withdrawal statement to info@psbobstudio.com, or by returning the goods within the 14‑day period. Your withdrawal is valid as long as it is sent before the deadline.

2. Conditions for Returns To receive a refund, items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Full‑price, discounted, and promotional items are all covered by the EU withdrawal right unless they fall under a legal exception (such as custom‑made items or hygiene‑sealed goods where the seal has been broken).

3. Return Shipping Costs You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. For international returns, PS BOB STUDIO does not cover return shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes.

4. Exchanges We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange, please contact info@psbobstudio.com so we can confirm availability and guide you through the process.

5. Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. If the item does not meet our return requirements, we may reduce the refund amount or refuse the refund in accordance with EU law.

6. Items Not Eligible for Withdrawal The following items cannot be returned under EU law: – Custom‑made or personalized products – Hygiene‑sensitive items where the seal has been broken – Digital gift cards delivered immediately after purchase (final sale at the moment of delivery) Physical gift cards follow normal withdrawal rules.

7. How to Return Your Item All returns must be shipped to the following address. We do not accept physical returns delivered in person.

Delivery Delays & Force Majeure Once your order is handed over to a third‑party shipping provider, PS BOB STUDIO cannot be held liable for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or transportation disruptions.
