SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and shipped from Denmark within two business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Packages shipped via PostNord, GLS, DHL, and UPS are insured.

While we strive for reliable delivery, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. In such cases, please contact the shipping provider directly. However, we are happy to assist as much as possible.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which vary by country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and PS BOB STUDIO cannot reimburse or waive them.

By law, we cannot modify the declared value of an order on commercial invoices.

If you choose to refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any incurred duties, taxes, customs fees (for both outgoing and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

All international orders are shipped via UPS, GLS, or DHL for secure and timely delivery.
