TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply when you order or purchase goods from our online store. We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in technology, business operations, system capabilities, or relevant laws and regulations.
By placing an order with PS BOB STUDIO, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel an order or purchase without liability in the following situations:
- Payment issues: Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified.
- Fraud prevention: Your order is suspected to be fraudulent or related to illegal activity.
- Website errors: An unintentional pricing, payment, or inventory error has occurred.
- Stock availability: The item you ordered is no longer available.
If your order is mistakenly canceled due to fraud suspicion, you may contact customer service to appeal the decision.
Before completing your purchase, you have the opportunity to update your shipping, billing, and payment details, modify your order, or remove items from your cart.
Payment
PS BOB Studio accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, and ApplePay.
Payment will only be charged to your account once the physical item has been shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Giftcard
All gift cards purchased at PS BOB Studio are valid from the day of purchase unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Gidt Card expires 1 year after purchase.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & DATA STORAGE
We securely store order confirmations and transaction details for a limited time. We recommend saving your order confirmation for reference, as it may not be available online later.
For fraud prevention and security, we may conduct verification checks on submitted data, including address and payment details.
PRICING & TAXES
- All product prices include applicable taxes and VAT.
- Delivery, freight, or postage costs vary and are clearly outlined at checkout.
- Prices in our online store are displayed in DKK & EUR.
- For international orders, import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, and local sales taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
- Customs policies vary by country, and local customs authorities may require additional information to release your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after you (or a designated third party) receive the goods.
For orders containing multiple items with separate deliveries, the cancellation deadline is 14 days after receiving the final item.
To cancel an order, you must send a written request via email before the cancellation period expires.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
DEFECTIVE, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 24-month warranty to ensure your satisfaction. If you experience defects or issues within the warranty period, please contact us. Depending on the issue, we will provide repair, replacement, or a refund in accordance with our warranty terms
If you receive:
- A defective item
- An incomplete order
- A wrong item
Please contact customer service immediately.
You are not responsible for return shipping costs in these cases. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price and delivery costs, unless you choose a replacement item instead.
Refunds for defective or incorrect items are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
